User Agreement

Use of the WowGoldbiz web site constitutes agreement to the terms outlined below.

• You will not defraud another user or interfere with another user's trades.
• You will not take any action to undermine the rating and feedback systems.
• You agree to contact WowGoldbiz first if there is a problem with any transaction and to use the WowGoldbiz dispute resolution process to resolve the problem.
• You affirm that you are an individual (e.g., not a corporation) and that you are at least eighteen (18) years of age.
• You will not list for sale any item that was obtained through use of third-party programs or other artificial means not authorized by a game's developer or publisher.
• You understand and agree that the game developer and publisher make no representation as to the value of the traded items and are not responsible for any loss of value that you may suffer as a result of purchasing or selling on WowGoldbiz.
• You understand that the game developer or publisher may, at any time and without notice, make changes to the game or terminate the game service, which may result in loss of the rights to use items within the game.
• You understand and agree that the game developer and publisher at all times retain full ownership of the game, its components and items contained therein, as well as their and the game's trademarks and copyrights. By trading on WowGoldbiz you certify that you are exchanging with the other party only the right of use to the item granted to you by the developer and/or publisher.
• You certify that you are not using WowGoldbiz for any purpose other than completing trades and that you will not use information you obtain as a result of such trades to negatively impact other users in any way. By way of example this would include reporting or threatening to report a user's trading activities to any party other than WowGoldbiz. You also certify that any information on other users that you obtain through WowGoldbiz and its web sites will not be shared with anyone at any time or for any reason other than if subpoenaed by Court of Law, in which case you shall immediately notify WowGoldbiz of the subpoena and provide a copy within five (5) days of receiving such subpoena.
• You agree not to hold WowGoldbiz liable for other users' actions, inactions, postings or communications.
• You acknowledge that WowGoldbiz has no control over and therefore cannot guarantee the truth or accuracy of listings, the ability of sellers to sell items, the ability of buyers to pay for items, or that a buyer or seller will actually complete a transaction.
• You agree that all disputes between you and WowGoldbiz shall be finally settled by arbitration in San Mateo County, California, using the English language in accordance with the Arbitration Rules and Procedures of Judicial Arbitration and Mediation Services, Inc. ("JAMS") then in effect.
• You agree not to post information or material that is false, inaccurate, defamatory, libelous, unlawful, threatening, abusive, harassing, deceptive, fraudulent, invasive of another's privacy, tortuous, obscene, offensive, or profane.
• Without limitation to our other remedies, WowGoldbiz may at any time and without notice limit, change, suspend or terminate our service, suspend or terminate any user accounts, prohibit access to our web site, remove hosted content, and take technical and/or legal steps to keep users off the site.
• WowGoldbiz may change or modify this User Agreement at any time by posting new terms and conditions on this page. Your continued use of the WowGoldbiz web site following any changes or modifications to this User Agreement constitutes your acceptance of the changes or modifications.

Copyright Policy

It is WowGoldbiz's policy:

1. to remove or disable access to the infringing content;
2. to notify the content provider, member or user that it has removed or disabled access to the content; and
3. that repeat offenders will have the infringing content removed from the system and that WowGoldbiz will terminate such content provider's, member's or user's access to the web site.

C. Procedure to Supply a Counter-Notice to the Designated Agent:

If the content provider, member or user believes that the content that was removed or to which access was disabled is either not infringing, or the content provider, member or user believes that it has the right to post and use such content from the copyright owner, the copyright owner's agent, or pursuant to the law, the content provider, member or user must send a counter-notice containing the following information to the Designated Agent listed below:

1. A physical or electronic signature of the content provider, member or user;
2. Identification of the content that has been removed or to which access has been disabled and the location at which the content appeared before it was removed or disabled;
3. A statement that the content provider, member or user has a good faith belief that the content was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or a misidentification of the content; and
4. Content provider's, member's or user's name, address, telephone number, and, if available, e-mail address and a statement that such person or entity consents to the jurisdiction of the Federal Court for the judicial district in which the content provider's, member's or user's address is located, or if the Content provider's, member's or user's address is located outside the United States, for any judicial district in which WowGoldbiz is located, and that such person or entity will accept service of process from the person who provided notification of the alleged infringement.

If a counter-notice is received by the Designated Agent, WowGoldbiz may send a copy of the counter-notice to the original complaining party informing that person that it may replace the removed content or cease disabling it in 10 business days. Unless the copyright owner files an action seeking a court order against the content provider, member or user, the removed content may be replaced, or access to it restored, in 10 business days or more after receipt of the counter-notice, at WowGoldbiz's discretion.
